Discount Tire

I have used discount tire for a few years now. From buying tires and having dismounts and balances. I never had a problem before. Yesterday was a different story. I was working, so I sent my lovely wife Ashley with two new wheels and tires I bought online. I had tried the outside of the tires, as I know from experience, that some tire workers won't pay attention to what they are doing. So she relayed the message of weights on the inside, the marked side of tires out. They are toyo g3 ice. Directional tires. They even say left or right on them for clueless people. Well the worker then trys telling my wife multiple times that it doesn't matter which way they go on, making me look like I don't know what I'm talking about. She felt dumb and uncomfortable. Not cool in anyway! Maybe he was trying to look all cool and smart or trying to belittle me, but not acceptable in my book. We will never go back, due to the customer service. I will go back one time to tell them this in person! When she got home she asked why it matters, and I then showed her, so she won't feel like that again, when you have a not talented worker trying to tell her different. My opinion....for the worker,. You have one job, try doing it right. Very disappointed with this place.

I took my tires to be changed over from all seasons to winter tires(less than 300 miles on them). Ryan at discount said they were too "smoked" and they would need me to buy a new set from them. I took my winter tires to Lea Schwab, perfection tire and they said that the tires are brand new and can be switched over no problem and have plenty of tread. Discount tire is not trustworthy and will lie straight to your face. I had to fight them to not remove the snow tires out of the trunk because they insisted I didn't need them since they couldn't be installed. I told them to leave them or I would make it difficult to remove from the vehicle. They said they didn't feel good about letting me leave with tires that they couldn't supposedly install. I told them to pound sand. Do not go to discount tire. They're tires are garbage and customer service is a sham.

This Discount Tire was awesome! I recently moved to the area from another state. I had gone to Discount Tire there in the past and the work was good, but they closed at 5 and didn't take walk-ins after 3:30. This one in Hayden was open till 6, I came in at 4:45 with a screw in my tire, they got me right in, and took other walk-ins right up till 6. Everyone was super friendly, and they work until all the jobs are done. Very impressed! They also pointed out my bad wiper blades and replaced them for less than retail. The tire repair was free...I'll be back for sure!!

If you like your car, go to a different location. I’ve always had great experiences with Discount Tire until this time. My car was forgotten about until I called to make sure it was going to be ready in an hour…no big deal. The issue was the fact that my black wheel that was brought in in perfect condition came back scratched up, my caps weren’t put back on, everything was tossed back in the trunk of my car, and my wheel locks didn’t get put back in my car either. Everyone was nice who I spoke with but the careless work isn’t okay and my car should have been treated with respect. My wheel should not have come back like this and I’m extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.

Fabulous absolutely fabulous are used to work in the tire shop. I know how hectic it can be this time of year every person that was working on that tire shop. The morale was fabulous. Everybody had smiles on your face. I have never seen a Shopping, Soule, Wells, and Ryan and my life they have my business from here on out sometimes it’s not the tire is the quality of the people that put that tire on your vehicle, they’re young they’re energetics and they’re great people to talk to
